1. Introduction

Welcome to Ranksters. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ranksters website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Service: The Ranksters website, platform, and all content, services, and products provided by Ranksters.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
